Service Agreement (Terms of Service) Last updated: March 13, 2026 By booking service with Sun Detail, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are part of the service agreement between you and Sun Detail for mobile detailing services. 1. Customer Acknowledgment By scheduling service with Sun Detail, the customer agrees to the terms outlined on this page. These terms help us provide a smooth, professional, and consistent detailing experience for every client. 2. Estimates & Final Pricing All pricing provided online, by phone, text, email, or social media is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site based on: Vehicle size Vehicle condition Excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, stains, or buildup Time required to complete the service Add-ons requested at the appointment If the actual condition of the vehicle requires additional time or labor beyond the original quote, Sun Detail will discuss updated pricing with the customer before moving forward. 3. Scope of Service Sun Detail provides mobile auto detailing services, including interior, exterior, and full detail packages, as well as select add-on services. Service results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, material wear, existing damage, and level of contamination. While we aim for a high standard on every vehicle, no detail guarantees complete restoration unless specifically agreed upon in writing. 4. Vehicle Condition Customers are expected to accurately describe the condition of the vehicle when booking. Vehicles in extreme condition may require: Additional time Additional charges A second appointment A reduced scope of work if the customer chooses not to approve added services Examples of extreme condition may include excessive mud, pet hair, mold, heavy staining, biohazards, excessive trash, or long-term neglect. 5. Services Not Included Unless specifically included in the booked package or approved as an add-on, Sun Detail does not include: Removal of seats or major vehicle components Biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup Mold remediation Deep stain extraction guarantees Headliner stain removal beyond light treatment Engine bay cleaning Undercarriage cleaning Spare tire compartments Glove box or center console contents organization Repair of scratches, paint chips, tears, burns, or damaged interior/exterior surfaces 6.
